Welcome to Perfect 3D Solutions! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the website or use any Services.

2. Scope of Services
P3DS provides additive manufacturing services, including the design, prototyping, and production of custom and semi-custom 3D-printed parts using plastic, composite, carbon-fiber-reinforced, and plastic-adjacent materials (the “Products”), as well as related engineering or manufacturing services (the “Services”).
3. Orders, Quotes, and Acceptance
All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing. No order is binding unless accepted by P3DS in writing, by order acknowledgment, commencement of production, or issuance of an invoice. Any conflicting terms in Customer’s purchase order are rejected unless expressly accepted in writing by P3DS.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and government charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Customer is solely responsible for all applicable sales, use, value-added, excise, customs, import, export, or similar taxes (“Taxes”). P3DS may add applicable Taxes to any invoice if required by law or if the point of delivery or use changes. Valid exemption certificates must be provided prior to shipment.
5. Customer Designs and Indemnity
Customer is solely responsible for all designs, specifications, and intended uses of Products. Products are aftermarket components and are not approved by original equipment manufacturers unless stated in writing.
Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P3DS from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from Product use, misuse, integration, modification, or failure, including personal injury, death, and damage to equipment, products, or property, except to the extent caused by P3DS’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Manufacturing Tolerances
All Products are subject to industry-standard tolerances and material variability. Customer is responsible for validating Products for their intended application.
7. Delivery; Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery to the carrier at P3DS’s facility.
8. Returns and Non-Conforming Products
Due to the custom nature of Products, all sales are final. Claims for non-conforming Products must be made within five (5) business days of receipt. P3DS’s sole obligation is repair, replacement, or credit.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
All Products and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
P3DS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Confidentiality
Designs, pricing, and business information exchanged shall be treated as confidential, subject to any separate nondisclosure agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to Terms
P3DS may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply prospectively to new orders.
