Materials & Capabilities –
The Right Tools for Every Project
At Perfect 3D Solutions, we believe that the right outcome starts with the right material. Our broad selection of 3D printing materials and capabilities is designed to meet the demands of real-world use cases—from industrial environments and mechanical assemblies to functional testing and product development.
We don’t just offer materials—we offer guidance. Our team works with you to determine the most suitable material based on your specific application, performance requirements, and operating environment. Whether you need strength, flexibility, chemical resistance, heat tolerance, or fine detail, we help you make the right choice for the job.
Materials We Commonly Use
- Nylon- White Food Grade and Carbon Fiber: Excellent balance of strength, flexibility, and wear resistance. Great for mechanical components and snap-fit assemblies.
- Carbon-Fiber, Kevlar, and Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon: High strength-to-weight ratio, increased stiffness, and low thermal expansion. Ideal for structural parts.
- TPU (Flexible Rubber-like): Great for components requiring elasticity and wear resistance such as gaskets, seals, or vibration-dampening parts.
- High-Temp Resins: Designed to withstand elevated temperatures—perfect for mold tooling and thermal testing.
- PLA (multiple colors)
- High Performance FDM Printing
- CF Nylon
- CF Nylon FR (flame resistant, UL Blue Card)
- CF Nylon ESD (static dissapative)
- Nylon
Max build size: 330mm x 270mm x 220mm
If your project requires a specific engineering-grade material not listed above, we can source or recommend comparable options.
Our 3D Printing Materials and Capabilities Go Beyond Material Selection
We also support:
- Multi-material projects and component assemblies
- Print orientation planning for optimal strength and surface finish
- Heat-Set or insert hardware, and light post-processing
- File compatibility with STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ, and more
- Production of both simple parts and complex geometries using high-resolution industrial-grade printers
- Tolerance planning and part matching for multi-part assemblies or systems with moving components
Whether you’re producing a functional prototype, a test rig, or an end-use part, we make sure the design and material strategy align perfectly. Our expertise ensures that the printed part will not just look the part—it will perform in demanding environments and hold up over time.
With Perfect 3D Solutions, you don’t just get access to materials—you get access to manufacturing insight. We help you choose wisely, build smart, and deliver results that match the demands of your application.
